It’s easy to eat right for a couple of days but inevitably life will get in the way. You get busy, you travel, or something comes up and you get thrown off your routine. The result is a constant cycle of ‘good’ days and ‘bad’ days with stress in between. Working 1 on 1 with a coach eliminates that stress completely. You get all of the tools you need for a successful gameplan with the coach that wrote it cheering on the sideline. Your coach is available 7 days a week to answer any questions, provide feedback, and help change the play call when life dials up a blitz.

You can compare specific days, week-to-week, or longer term trends to find what works best for you and what is most sustainable.
